Our agile “Heatmaps” will give employees and leaders the opportunity to self-correct on any challenges with coaching support as a means of keeping all activities productive, effective and enjoyable. Critically, all the feedback will be anonymised by individual, but individuals will be able to track their “mood” over time. Leaders can intervene area by area, sector by sector, division by division or region by region and so on.
